A Leading Waste Service Provider For Almost 26 Years
Family-run at heart, professional at scale — 300 qualified people keeping 90,000 customers' bins empty and streets clean.
Our Story
One truck in 1999. A fleet with a mission today.
Tidecrest started with a single secondhand collection truck and a simple promise: show up on time, charge fairly, and treat every customer's street like our own. Twenty-six years later we run neighborhood routes, business programs and specialty collections across the region — still on that promise.
Since 2016 we've invested heavily in plastic recycling and energy-from-waste infrastructure, cutting the carbon of every collection mile while diverting more material from landfill each year.

Sustainability
Nothing to landfill that doesn't belong there.
Single-stream sorting lines, organics composting partnerships and certified e-waste channels mean the average Tidecrest customer now diverts 61% of waste from landfill — and we're aiming for 75% by 2028.
- Low-carbon collection routing since 2016
- Plastic reprocessing partnerships, closed-loop where possible
- Food-waste composting with local farms
- Yearly public diversion report — numbers, not slogans
